Q: Is this a hybrid event?
A: No, this in an in-person networking event.

Q: For NASA and JPL employees, is this an NCTS con­­ference?
A: No, this is a networking event and not a conference.

Q: We are developing multiple technologies at different TRL stages. Is it ok for a technologist to present multiple technologies or are we only supposed to focus on one? 
A: Yes, it is OK to present multiple technologies.

Q: For technologies, as far as what we present, are posters sufficient? 
A: You are free to bring anything that fits in a 10X10 space. If you want to bring something larger and/or a poster, please let us know. 

Q: Is there a deadline for the technologists applications?
A: The deadline has passed but we are still submitting late applications. Please submit as soon as possible.

Q: Is the showcase off-limits to non-US persons?
A: This Tech Showcase is not limited to US based institutions.

Q: Why can’t technologists register directly?
A: People with technologies to showcase must indicate relevance to specific, posted science abstracts and will be approved based on their applications.

Q: Are scientists who submitted abstracted required to bring a poster?
A: Yes, they are encouraged to bring a poster not larger than 42” of side.

Q: What technologies will be showcased?
A: A large range of technologies will be featured with over 75 companies/groups planning to attend. Examples are Instrumentation, rovers, batteries and power supplies, flight software, sample capture and advanced materials.

Q: Can I give a talk?
A: People with showcased technologies may give a lightning talk. You will be asked once you register.

Q: When do technologists have to staff their booth?
A: Jan 10th 

Q: I indicated my interest to showcase a technology but have not heard from you.
A: We are working as fast as possible to vet your submittal. Please send an email to hq-techshowcase@mail.nasa.gov to inquire if you have not received confirmation after 24 hours.

Q: Please describe the booth
A: The assigned space that is 10 foot by 10 foot. It is a pipe and drape space. You will have a table, chairs, power at each booth.

Q: Will there a place for me to meet privately with interested parties?
A: Yes, there will be private spaces.
